I performed Awe by Asa as i opened on a very sentimental note... Next was the just released single, "Untitled" written by Timothy Ogunbiyi and Produced by Philip Uzo. Right after that, i switched from my Soprano Sax to the Tenor. First of all, i performed the award winning "I will Always Love
You" with Kirk Whalum's solo and finally, my deepest longing of afro-funk version of Fela's Palava, arranged by the Band. Victor Odetunde was on the Keys, Michael Oloyede on Drums, Wura Samba on Percussion, Philip Uzo on the Guitar and Femi Ajayi on the Bass... I had a swell time....
