SPAN.... What a Magnetic Dance Performance in line with MUSON Festival 2014
It was an evening of reflection and force as SPAN on Stage,lived out its 10 years of take off with several mind blowing performances.
The event started off with free practical dance workshops on Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Latin Dances. There was also a Drama Workshop at the MUSON Premises on Monday, Oct. 20. Continue to see more photos from the performance...
The concert proper was slated for 6.00pm but was delayed until 7.00pm for some technical reasons.
The same technical issues which would come to play before the end of the performance. The beaautirful and most amazing thing for me was that even when the sound would trip off and on, the audience stayed put waiting for it to get fixed. This however, revealed the magnetic power of dance especially as performed by SPAN.
The Festival is still on as Bez Idakula and Imoleayo & his Big Band will perform live at the Shell Nigeria Hall, MUSON Centre on Friday Oct. 24. Time is 6pm. Call 08078192558 for details
