The Stylish/Designer Musician, Taiwo Omosowon

This fantastic cellist actually made this beautiful dress by herself, for herself! 

 

Combining two extremely demanding and jealous fields (Music & Fashion) can be very challenging. The good thing here is the fact that they both have something in common ... CREATIVITY. Taiwo graduated from the MUSON School of Music a few years ago. She has had several outings and performances with

chamber groups, orchestras and fusion bands. Despite her very tight schedule with making dresses, she plays with the MUSON Symphony Orchestra on a weekly basis. She featured at the Stellenbosch Music Festival in South Africa last summer. She has been featured on several music videos with music icon Onyeka Onwenu and many others. Taiwo takes sole responsibility for her on-stage look, from the concept to the sewing. She'll be performing at the Valentine's Eve Concert on Thursday, Feb. 13.....come see more of her.
