Meet Eclou Lucien John, one of the brightest Tenor of our time

                                    Eclou Lucien John (The Virtuoso) performed Verdi's Celestial Aida & was                                                  accompanied by Tosin Ajayi (The Maestro/Chopin) at the 2014 Val's Eve Concert
He started singing at the age of 8 with the local church choir of St. Albert's Catholic Church, UNIBEN, Benin. He later joined the Klassique Klobb Philharmonic Choir as a tenor and took voice training and theory of music lessons from the director, Tunde Adeleke.

The first prize winner of the musiquest (organized by MUSON) in 2009, John was later awarded the MTNF/MUSON scholarship to study music at the MUSON School of Music where he earned a professional Diploma.
John is said to be one of the brightest tenors of his time . He has brilliantly performed several works by Handel, J.S. Bach, Mozart, Verdi, and more.
As a soloist, he has featured as a soloist, performing during concerts and Festivals. He also performed the role of Sarastro in the two-time performance of Mozart's 'Magic Flute'.
He is a member of the MUSON Symphony Orchestra and the very effective MUSON School Alumni. According to him, he spends his free time playing the violin and baroque music on the piano.
